I am not designing websites anymore. I have realized over the last few months that I am not cut out to make websites. At the age of 17 you cannot expect to be taken seriously. Even if you take your work seriously the general public sees some punk teenager that thinks he knows Dreamweaver. This line of work is far more intricate than I had originally expected, especially freelance.
This is not the end of my internet presence. I will still wonder why I talk to people I know on Facebook. I'll check in on Twitter now and then and I'll be on Tumblr indefatigably.
I just want to be a teenager, along with all its ups and downs, for as long as I can. A career in web design had the kiss of death from the beginning. I realize that now.
